Requirements - Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the igaming industry. - Education: A Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of college education is preferred. - Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills; proficiency in Zendesk and IT systems; excellent presentation skills in English. - Characteristics: Customer-focused, adaptable to different personalities, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively without close supervision.
