Revisa cómo impactarás nuestro ecosistema: As a Senior Planner, you will play a crucial role in managing andimproving the performance of assigned accounts across variousmonetization products. Your responsibilities will include fillingout briefings for campaign execution and requests, ensuringfinancial control and adherence to budgets, providing high-levelcustomer service and post-sales support to clients and thecommercial team, generating performance reports, supervisingcampaign creation, managing accounts and planning, trackingexecutions and deliveries, attending performance monitoringmeetings, and creating incident management reports. Your focus willbe on driving efficiency, excellence, and client satisfaction whiledelivering strategic planning and consultation. Tasks - Fill outthe briefing for the execution of campaigns and requests in the 4start ups (offline, online, media, insights). - Controlover-execution and act as an ally for financial control. -Guarantee the improvement in the performance of the assignedaccounts (account-focused). - Provide customer service, post-salessupport, planning, and strategy at a consultant level to clientswho activate in Rappi and for the commercial team. - Generateperformance reports for both our clients and the commercial team. -Manage and supervise the creation of campaigns seeking efficiencyand excellence of the assigned accounts. - Account management andplanning for clients and KAMs. - Track executions and requesteddeliveries. - Create reports associated with the accounts beingmanaged. - Attend performance monitoring meetings with clients. -Create incident management reports and follow up on solutions. Requisitos: - Professional in Marketing, Administration,Engineering, or Economics. - Strong analytical and strategicprofile (business case presentations will be made). - Minimum 2years of work experience; more experience is desirable. - Strongcommunication and storytelling skills (will be assessed duringinterviews). - Excel usage at a medium level. - Purposeful andproactive. - Analytical (Generation of 360° proposals based oninsights). - Problem solver (from your area of action). - Strategicthinking, persistent, resilient, and detail-oriented. - Excellentteamwork skills, storytelling, and public speaking. - Experience of1-3 years working in similar areas.
