Read more about the life in PayU here **About the Role**: You will be responsible for managing the requirements (strategy, design, leadership and marketing) to build products, ensure the quality of the products, their delivery to the customer and the results obtained in the commercialization of the products vs. the strategic plan. In general terms, it is the contact person during the life cycle of the company's products, be it software, hardware, or a service. **What you will do**: - Establish a long-term vision of the products, complemented with the formulation of strategies to position the product in the market. - Each product developed must be oriented to a commercial objective of the company within the company's strategy (strategic alignment). - Define product requirements based on customer needs. - The position is strategic and tactical and requires strong leadership, collaboration and product knowledge. - Manage the product development process from concept to launch (Oversee product lifecycle, Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction) - Build pricing models - Budgeting - Communicate strategy to other team members, and buy-in from senior management **What you need to succed**: - Minimum 8 years of experience in Product structuring in financial institutions, specifically working with franchises. - Ccommercial knowledge and management experience. - University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or similar. - Knowledge of the acquiring product, ideally from the perspective of the acquiring entity. - Project management skills - Knowledge in agile technologies is preferred. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure the proper functioning of the product in its different cycles. - Analytical facility to perform accurate data analysis, forecasting and market research (Monitor industry trends). - Knowledge of business and consumer behavior to create something that satisfies all stakeholders. **About us**: **Our Commitment To Building A Diverse And Inclusive Workforce** As a global and multi-cultural organization with varied ethnicities thriving across locations, we realize that our responsibility towards fulfilling the D&I; commitment is huge.
