Located in Gretna, we help our 40,000+ customer base purchase new equipment, schedule simple tune-ups and general maintenance, locate and order parts, or consult on best practices with the machines we sell. Ty's seeks a Service Coordinator for our team. The coordinator will work across departments to ensure customer service requests are completed. Top notch communication, time management and organizational skills are crucial for a service coordinator as he or she spends most of the workday understanding and communicating the details of different customers' jobs. Service coordinators will use telephone, email, and face-to-face interaction to ask questions about customer needs and to provide updates to resolve each transaction to the customer's satisfaction.
