In this key role, you will design and drive people-focused systems and tools that fuel business growth. This is a high-impact position where you will shape how we assess, develop, and retain top talent at scale. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement global talent development programs across the post-hire lifecycle (e.g., performance management, engagement strategies, talent planning, and mobility) - Lead strategic workforce planning and succession planning initiatives to ensure business continuity and future-proof our organization - Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to guide organizational design, transformation, and change programs that drive business outcomes - Champion career pathing and internal mobility through practical frameworks and visibility tools - Support the L&D; Director in aligning learning strategy to capability gaps and business value - Embed continuous improvement into HR delivery by auditing, evolving, and scaling best practices Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in HR, Talent, or Organizational Effectiveness with a global scope - Proven experience designing and implementing performance, talent, and engagement strategies - Experience partnering with senior leadership on org design, change, and workforce planning - Strong data orientation – able to design tools and processes that drive measurable value - Experience leading HR or OD teams and managing cross-functional initiatives Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting M&A;, restructures, or enterprise-level change management - Familiarity with DE&I; learning or leadership development frameworks Why Join Us?
