We provide significant opportunities for worldwide talent to enhance their careers and change their lives. **The Position** As an Electrical Site Manager, you are responsible for the implementation on board and you manage the team of leading mechanics, electricians, commissioners and subcontractors onboard of a Super Yacht! Our projects are large-scale and often include the installation of entertainment, navigation and communication systems in addition to electrical installation. This means a challenging position in which, depending on your experience, you will be responsible for managing an entire production team (electricians, commissioners and work preparators). As a coaching leader you will take care of a good organization of the work in order to achieve a timely delivery of the project within budget. You form a triangle together with the project manager and technical project manager and in this way stand in the middle of the organization. - Provide detailed planning for implementation based on project data and budget; - Determine the approach and priorities and prepare your reports; - You are the point of contact for the internal organization but also for the client and suppliers; - Manages and organizes the activities for different projects on location to ensure timely delivery of the electrical production within the available time and budget and in accordance with customer specifications and quality requirements. Please note: - Work takes place in an office environment as well as at various locations, both indoors and outdoors, where noise, dust, heat or cold are sometimes an issue. - Working at height, in a limited space or near rotating installations can occur. **The Skills We're Looking For** - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on construction site management. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and building services. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software - Experience with implementing change and improvement projects - Experience leading a team and individuals - **Fluent in English**: - Ship&Yacht; experience is a must. - Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands. **What We Offer** - Competitive salary (€47.952 - €64.800) - Holiday allowance: 8% - Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance - €775 mobility/lease car budget - €0 per month education budget - StiPP pension plan - Laptop/phone - 25 vacation days - 3 days at the office, 2 days remote **How to Apply** Please send your resume in English.
