In this role, you'll bridge the gap between development and operations, driving automation and scalability across our cloud-based and industrial IT environments. If you’re ready to shape the future of technology, we want you on our team.What you will do:Implement and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Cloud Build to streamline and automate code delivery processes.Use Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, Cloud Deployment Manager) to provision and manage scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring high availability and compliance.Build and maintain ML pipelines using Vertex AI, Kubeflow, or TFX, and manage model serving and monitoring with tools like TensorFlow Serving, Vertex AI Monitoring, and MLflowAct as a bridge between development and operations teams, fostering a DevOps mindset by documenting runbooks, facilitating postmortems, and supporting Agile development and continuous delivery for industrial digital solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.Solid hands-on experience with cloud platforms (especially GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi).Familiarity with MLOps platforms like Vertex AI, Kubeflow, and model tracking tools (e.g., MLflow), as well as experience with ML model deployment and monitoring.Understanding of industrial domains such as plant maintenance, process control, quality management, and inventory, with experience in digital solutions for manufacturing being a strong asset.Benefits: You will have a very competitive salary and top notch benefits such as:100% Work from wherever in Colombia guaranteed (a couple months abroad every now and then too!)Annual performance bonus with a maximum amount of 1.5 monthly salary.Flexible weekly schedule, PLUS 12 free half days per year!18 to 20 vacation days depending on your tenure.
