Nurture Digital / Everpost, a commercial production company featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Adweek, and AdAge, is looking for a Project Manager who can work remotely (home-based) and help oversee the development and production of our online video and broadcast commercial campaigns. We are seeking a Project Manager interested in film production to join our team and grow with us as we revolutionize and take the video production marketplace by storm. You’ll help us manage post-production projects for some of the world’s most recognizable brands - from Sony to Kwikset, AIG to NASM - while helping shape a new tech-enabled production platform we’re developing. Core responsibilities: - Determine and define the scope of video post-production projects and their objectives. - Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. - Assemble and manage a post-production team for each project. - Assign tasks and communicate expected deliverables with the team. - Monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and track costs to keep within the project budget. - Maintain extremely high customer satisfaction by managing communication with clients and providing them updates daily about project progress, adjustments, and resources. - Maximize efficiency by measuring project and team performance to identify areas for improvement. - Identify and communicate problems and look for creative solutions. - Help manage and oversee other relevant internal projects. - Help grow our team with other A-players. - Help develop a learning platform for filmmakers. hours Pay: $1,813,542 - $5,777,080 per month Application Question(s):
