Identifying new opportunities for DiDi to expand its delivery services. Developing dashboards and monitoring tools to enhance visibility and alignment across teams. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or related fields. Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; proficiency in programming languages like Python or R is a plus. A startup mindset and proven hands-on mentality. Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and capable of managing solutions at both micro and macro levels. Strong problem-solving skills, data-driven thinking, and the ability to analyze issues from multiple perspectives in ambiguous environments.
