We are currently seeking a **Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Generalist,** reporting directly to Regional HR Service Delivery Manager. to join our People & Culture team based in Houston, Texas. **About the Job** As HRIS Generalist you will ensure existing and to be implemented Global and Local HR IT solutions meet company and legal requirements. You will be a trusted business partner for People & Culture (P&C;) stakeholders with whom you will be in constant dialogue, fostering trust and engagement to continuously maximize the adoption and business outcomes of HR IT solutions supporting Hire to Retire processes. - Represent the Global HRIS team in front of stakeholders. Keep abreast of the progress and evolution of P&C; Technology Products and Services so as to confidently act as an business ambassador for assigned countries as the primary contact for queries. - Serve as the voice of the customers, i.e. Technip Energies Employees. - Contribute to P&C; Technology Products evolution as an Subject Matter Expert and customer representative. - Ensure local needs and local initiatives fits within Global vision and roadmap. - Drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, organization efficiency and cost reduction. - Collaborate with P&C; HR Technology Product owners to successfully delivery P&C; initiatives aligned to company and P&C; strategic goals. - Collaborate with Global Business Services (GBS) HRIS to deliver superior support services to end users. - Optimize people data completeness, consistency, accuracy and timely update. - Actively identify and mitigate risks and resolve impediments. - Keep abreast of, research and analyse Hire to Retire best practices and emerging HR Technologies. We offer you not only a job, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break down boundaries thanks to the innovation, creativity and pioneer spirit which drive our people. **About You** We’d love to hear from you: - Experienced or expert user of Oracle Cloud HCM. - Work experience as a HRIS manager or similar role, including troubleshooting, requirement gathering, design validation, testing, data migration, user engagement and education. - A good knowledge of Hire to Retire processes. - Great team spirit, service minded and employee first mindset. - Always strive for continuous improvement, speed, quality and business outcomes. - Agile mindset. - Ability and flexibility to work with large, cross-functional, multi-cultural, multi-time zone and virtual team. **Good to have** - Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen - Experienced or expert user of ServiceNow and Walkme. - Scrum master certified. - Understanding of Lean Method. - Experience with self-service and user-centered design principles. - Knowledge of ADKAR Model and Kotter's Theory for Change Management. - Experienced or expert user of Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Cornerstone on demand, ServiceNow and Walkme. - Spanish and French intermediary Starting Date: ASAP
