Our team consists of more than 20 people, located in Ukraine, Mexico, and Germany: an architect, 2 BAs, data experts, back-end and front-end engineers, and 3 QCs. IF YOU ARE - A strong Software Development Engineer in Test - Experienced with JMeter, Postman and related tools for performance and API testing - Proficient in SQL and databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB - Adept at automation frameworks like Java Script , Type Script and SQL - Well-versed in BDD frameworks, preferably Cucumber integrated with Playwright - Proficient in Git and version control workflows, as well as Bit Bucket - Confident in working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS and using lambdas - Accustomed to Agile or Scrum software development methodologies - Excellent in communication, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills AND YOU WANT TO - Create detailed, step-by-step documentation of test procedures for each phase of the project to ensure replicability and compliance with standards - Deliver quality products by thoroughly testing throughout all phases of the development lifecycle using a combination of testing methods (functional, regression, integration, and performance testing) - Achieve the desired level of quality - Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts - Identify and implement improvements to test automation framework and CI/CD pipelines - Take initiative and drive the implementation of a QA materials repository (repo of test cases, test steps) - Organize and facilitate QA sessions, UAT, and production smoke-tests - Participate in Scrum meetings and ensure the creation of proper documentation - Understand project plans and provide regular updates on milestones TOGETHER WE WILL - Work in a highly engaged and direct team - Gain certifications from leading providers (Google, AWS & others) - Empower you to scale your expertise with others by joining the Mentoring Program - Excel business of our clients from startups and ISVs to Enterprise and Fortune 500 companies - Create an exceptional customer experience and impact the company's global success and be recognized by Customer Hero Program - Care for your and your family’s wellness with a health insurance package
