CSRs are responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**: **Issue Resolution**: Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns by providing accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and finding appropriate solutions. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to provide comprehensive assistance and educate customers on their features and benefits. **Order Processing**:Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications, ensuring a seamless and efficient purchasing experience. **Problem Solving**:Analyze complex situations, identify root causes of issues, and implement timely solutions to meet customer needs. **Communication**:Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, both written and verbal, while ensuring empathy and understanding. **Documentation**:Accurately document customer interactions and details in the company's CRM system for future reference and analysis. **Feedback and Improvement**:Gather customer feedback and suggestions to help improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction. **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and exceptional customer support. **Qualifications**: - Fluent in English - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions. - Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Willingness to learn and continuously improve customer service skills. **Working Conditions**: - Office-based - Use of computer and phone systems for extended periods. **Compensation Range: Starts at 2 Million Colombian Pesos** **Note: Please include a cover letter detailing your relevant experience.** Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Salario: $2.000.000 al mes Idioma: - ingles (Obligatorio)
