Job Title: Facilities Manager The role of the Facilities Manager involves overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of company facilities, ensuring their safe and efficient operation. This includes supervising building systems, managing contractors and vendors, as well as maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain all building systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, fire safety, etc. - Coordinate and supervise cleaning, security, maintenance, and other facility-related services. - Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify and address issues promptly. - Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of problems. - Assist in managing office moves, furniture arrangements, and workspace planning. - Liaise with vendors and service providers; oversee facility-related contracts and agreements. - Support compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. - Track and manage inventory of supplies, furniture, and equipment. - Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
