Position Overview Maintain a high level of customer experience and contribute to the Group's Cash Flow targets by reducing receivables and improving customer payment behaviors. Key Responsibilities Support Order to Cash teams with analysis to meet daily and monthly objectives; perform business analysis for senior management. Collaborate with Team Leaders to train and share knowledge with team members. Serve as escalation point for problem-solving and support the Team Lead. Analyze root causes of issues affecting aging results and propose solutions. Develop improvement plans and best practices with OTC management. Reduce outstanding receivables and support cash flow targets. Communicate with external customers to follow up on accounts receivable. Perform aging analysis and forecast charges to minimize risks. Adhere to the company's credit policies and collection strategies. Coordinate with Credit Management on blocked orders. Reconcile accounts in collaboration with Accounts Receivable and Credit Management. Follow up on customer complaints and disputes with Customer Service. Participate in monthly review meetings with markets. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. Promote open and direct communication. Follow internal controls and update SOPs regularly. Lead team projects. Skills & Experience At least 3 years of experience in Collections, preferably over 5 years. Experience with North American markets is essential. Advanced English skills (C1 level). Participation in team or cross-functional projects. Deep knowledge of Collections and OTC subprocesses. Proficiency in SAP transactions related to collections & Finance. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros). Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Soft Skills Innovative problem-solving and analytical thinking. Autonomous, proactive, results-oriented. Continuous improvement mindset. Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Team player with ownership and accountability. Adaptability to change and high-pressure situations. Integrity, transparency, empathy, and influence. Qualifications/Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Management, Economics, or related fields preferred. Principal Contacts & Purpose of Contact Internal: Collaborate with OTC Team, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Master Data teams to improve processes and resolve issues. External: Interact with customers, hospitals, physicians to collect payments, resolve disputes, and manage escalations. Working Conditions Hybrid work model: 1 day on-site, 4 days remote.
