Job summary Catalyzed is a stealth-mode venture studio reimagining how people learn in niche verticals where traditional formats fall short. We bring together developers, designers, creatives, and industry experts to launch mobile-first education products with global ambition. Responsibilities - Design and iterate user journeys for mobile apps (onboarding, dashboards, challenges, payments). - Build and maintain our design system in Figma, ensuring scalability across multiple products. - Conduct user research and lightweight testing with real players to validate design decisions. - Collaborate closely with dev team to ensure design quality in implementation. - Shape the visual identity of Striker Edge while keeping a broader Catalyzed design language. - Contribute ideas across projects — Catalyzed will launch multiple apps beyond football. Must-Haves - 2–4 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design (agency, startup, or product). - Proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layout, design tokens). - Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS/Android). - Understanding of user personas, research, and testing. - Knowledge of design systems and how to scale them. - Strong visual design sense and attention to detail. - Based in Medellín and willing to work hybrid.
