Job summary The CRM Strategist at Triario leads, structures, and optimizes the implementation of an Inbound strategy in the technological tools that support the strategy (HubSpot's marketing module and its CMS). This person is responsible for managing Lists, Workflows, email sends, etc. They coordinate with their team to achieve the objectives agreed upon with the client, connecting the different areas within their unit (Strategy, content, design, paid media, etc.). The candidate must live in Colombia. Responsibilities - Manage and execute digital strategies in HubSpot's marketing module and its CMS (or others like WordPress). - Coordinate and deliver alongside the team the deliverables agreed upon at the start of each Sprint. - Understand the client's needs and act accordingly. - Learn and continuously update their knowledge. - Participate in the construction and deployment of Inbound Marketing strategies from a technological perspective. Qualifications - At least two years of experience in digital agencies. - Experience with Inbound Marketing strategies. - C1 English level. - At least one year of experience managing HubSpot's marketing module. - Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager to be able to create and manage tags, events, and variables necessary for collecting user tracking data on the client's website. - Basic knowledge of Looker Studio to be able to create and customize dashboards and reports for clients. Desired requirements - Additional studies in marketing, SEM, analytics, SEO. - Experience with marketing automation processes in HubSpot, RD Station, or other marketing automation tools. - Experience in the digital marketing industry and/or agency.
