You'll lead a team within the Talent Acquisition department, a critical sub-team of our People division. We play a key role in sustaining the company's expansion and team growth. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team of international Talent Acquisition Specialists responsible for hiring across Business & Operations divisions. As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will: - Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals; - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent; - Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and develop talent pipelines; - Define recruitment KPIs KPIs, tracking metrics, and analyzing data to optimize recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement; - Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders; - Ensure operational excellence for every step of the recruitment process (e.g. position intake, job descriptions, interview structure & process, interview scorecards, offer communication); - Lead recruitment projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and talent acquisition objectives, such as employer branding campaigns and recruitment process improvements. But apart from that, you have: - Minimum of 5 years of strong TA experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in people management, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment; - Advanced English language skills are essential for international expansion; - Knowledge of Greenhouse will be considered an advantage; - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization; - Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; - Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
