We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated** Culture & Wellness Analyst **to join the team to support the development, management, and control of the wellness department processes' by developing and implementing programs and initiatives that aim to improve the physical, mental, and emotional health of our community. **Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior**: - Establish and optimize innovation processes to drive the growth of the wellness area. - Generate ideas and initiatives for continuous improvement of employee well-being through psychosocial processes. - Support in the strategic structuring of databases to facilitate management decision-making in the wellness area. - Assist in the preparation of comprehensive annual reports to evaluate the impact of wellness initiatives. - Implement effective wellness systems that align with the company's growth objectives. - Evaluate the impact of internal wellness projects and provide psychosocial analysis on the effectiveness of welfare actions for employees. - Support the implementation of modern wellness systems in compliance with legislation and social and psychological programs. - Manage and coordinate special events (virtual and in-person) to celebrate important occasions. - Plan, execute, and deliver various gifts and activities to enhance employee engagement and well-being (e.g., birthday & welcome boxes, kits, celebrations). - Refer employees who require psychological support to the appropriate resources. - Propose activities aimed at enhancing employee well-being, quality of life, and organizational culture, promoting optimal job performance. - Establish commercial alliances to extend benefits to employees located in other countries - Prepare monthly expense reports related to wellness activities - Promote participation in the different activities planned by the area. **Why We’ll Love You**: - Technologists or Professional in human areas. - Minimum 6 months of experience in the organizational area. - English level: intermediate/high level (B1-B2). - Management of computer tools. - Tolerance to frustration, dynamism, proactivity, initiative, creativity, adequate management of interpersonal relationships, assertive communication, assertive time management, and planning capacity. - We are more than a company; we are warriors working daily to change the world through technology._
