Descubre cómo entregarás magia junto con nosotros a través de tu misión Rappi Revisa cómo impactarás nuestro ecosistema: We are looking for a driven and highly-analytical marketing professional to join our Performance Marketing team as a Paid Search Manager. This position will own the performance and growth of Rappi’s Paid Media “pull” channels (Google SEM, Google Shopping, Apple Search Ads), leading a team of analysts on budget management, performance optimization and issues/opportunities identification. He/she will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest best practices to ensure that campaigns are as effective as possible, while interacting with cross-functional teams such as Product and Adtech, and with partner teams such as Google and Apple. Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de: Goals: - Bring new users and orders at an efficient cost through well-maintained and well-optimized pull channels - Effective budget management between countries and channels under his/her scope, with an efficiency-driven mindset and data-driven approach - Effectively lead, motivate, and challenge a team of analysts; as well as the external agency **Responsibilities**: - Optimize Rappi’s budget in the most efficient way to maximize new users or orders, and track performance on a daily basis to make sure we spend the assigned budget.- Lead, motivate, train and enable the analysts working in your team to thrive. You’ll also be leading the relationship with our external partners for campaign implementation.- Proactively identify potential risks/issues and improvement opportunities by understanding the E2E operations of your channels and campaigns.- Have an analytical approach to decision-making, coaching the team to build the necessary reports for this purpose- Design experiments and A/B tests for the improvement opportunities identified, and measure, analyze and present results. Bring new testing ideas.- Act as a Project Leader for key strategic initiatives within the Performance Team in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Adtech, CRM, BI, Branding, Product, Finance).- Build powerful business relations with media-channel partners (i.e: Googl and Apple). Be a media expert.- Work closely with creative teams to continuously improve product visuals.- You will be reporting directly to the Growth Director for Pull Channels. Bachelor’s degree or higher with analytical focus (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration with focus on business analysis etc.).- 3-5 years of experience in online marketing, in a heavily performance driven environment.- Expert in Google SEM managing large budgets (USD 200K+ per month). Needs to know his/her way around Google Ads and be a self-learner to effectively guide his team of analysts.- Expert in MS Excel, Google Sheets. Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a plus.- Organizational skills: Keeps track of all the tasks and projects in an organized way, and works with the director to prioritize and manage time effectively- Accountability and professionalism: The basis of all good employees; uses organizational skills to complete all promised tasks; takes work seriously- Independence and Communication: Proactively implements and communicates advancement on tasks, initiatives and projects- Attention to detail: Double and triple checks to make sure that crucial tasks are correctly done, makes sure data and calculations are correct in an analysis- Drive: Is proactive and results-driven. No time is idle, is always advancing on tasks or projects, looking for improvement opportunities, or asking where extra hands are needed.- Resilience: Doesn’t shy away from fast-paced and changing environments. Is comfortable dealing with complex business challenges.- Data-driven decision making: Has an analytical approach to decision making, knows how to get and transform the data to get insights. Fluent in English.- Leadership: Confident working with stakeholders across product, tech, brand, customer service, sales and external partners. Experience leading a team of analysts is a plus.- Presentation Skills: Must be comfortable with presenting to leadership (Managers/Directors/VP).
