Job Title: Fiscal Planning Manager About the Role The successful candidate will develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for strategic planning and control. He/She will perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, preparing and summarizing recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Key duties also involve performing economic research and studies in areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental regulations. - Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required. - A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are necessary. - Candidates must be able to execute instructions, request clarification when needed, possess advanced clerical and data entry skills and be able to perform advanced mathematical calculations. - They must also be able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency, communicate clearly and convey necessary information, create and conduct formal presentations, interact effectively with all levels of management and negotiate skillfully.
