This job requires a people person with a high level of responsibility, solid communication and analytical skills, and knowledge of the recruiting functions. Job Duties/Responsibilities Source, screen, recruit, and present high-quality and diverse talent for selection. Use our candidate database and other sourcing tools to proactively connect with candidates and build relationships that convert passive candidates to hires. Build relationships with clients to demonstrate the value of having a talent acquisition advisor and to better align talent to business needs. Advocate for and contribute to clients' employer value proposition. Serve as a trusted advisor for our client on the search for talent, interviews, and induction procedures. Analyze current situation and recommend solutions for the client and position designing and executing an attraction strategy. Ensure job interviews are in compliance with established policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations. Prepare and maintain reports related to candidates search. Develop methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects. Collaborate with other recruiters and HR consultants in daily work/life and special projects. Requirements Bachelors in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology is a must. 1-3 years of experience in HR including recruiting, employee relations, business partner or industrial psychologist.
