Software Engineer - Development Lead This role involves working closely with the project management and UX teams to bring early ideas to life through rapid prototyping and user-centric development. The ideal candidate will be able to lead development across backend and frontend, with a focus on mobile-first, privacy-focused design. The successful candidate will have solid architectural thinking and be comfortable collaborating directly with stakeholders and shaping product requirements. A passion for clean, scalable code, strong attention to detail, and fast iteration cycles is essential. Algorithmic thinking and problem-solving skills are required to solve complex challenges.
