About the Role - We’re looking for a sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing team. This person will play a critical role in analyzing revenue, managing financial operations, building forecasting models, and providing actionable insights to leadership. You will work cross-functionally with the finance, sales, operations, and executive teams to ensure our financial health is understood and optimized. Responsibilities - Build and maintain financial models for forecasting revenue, gross profit, and expenses Track KPIs and generate actionable dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting Support budgeting, financial planning, and investor reporting Help evaluate pricing strategies, unit economics, and cost structures Automate Excel/Sheets-based workflows for reconciliation, commissions, and payouts Identify risks and opportunities across the business and present findings to executives Partner with product and operations to optimize financial efficiency Required Skills 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, fintech, accounting or consulting Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills (PowerQuery, Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.) Strong analytical mindset with comfort working across large datasets Experience in or exposure to payments, remittances, FX, or high-growth tech a plus Clear communicator with ability to present data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and can handle ambiguity Preferred Skills SQL or Python skills for advanced data analysis Experience working with cross-border payments Exposure to investor reporting, fundraising support, or unit economic analysis Why Join Pockyt?
