You will also lead the demand review process and driveinteractions with the cross-functional teams. How you willcontribute You will: - Lead the demand management agenda for thecategory, being the key interface between commercial (sales revenueplanning) and supply (replenishment) to identify and evaluate theimpact of potential availability issues/commercial changesincluding gap assessment and risk and opportunity discussions. -Partner with the modelling team for the generation of statisticalforecasting. - Manage, coach and develop a team. - Review standardconsumption versus forecast at the customer and total productlevels, liaising with replenishment and sales revenue planning tomanage potential availability issues and the impact of underconsumption. - Drive strong linkages with the commercial, customercollaboration, modelling, order fulfilment teams, and supplyplanning including innovation and equity. - Drive continuouscapability building in the demand planning team for planningimprovement. What you need to knowabout this role: As Demand Planning Manager for the North Cluster,you will lead the entire demand planning cycle, ensuring seamlessmonthly execution. This position requires overseeing the integratedbusiness planning (IBP) processes, driving cross-functionalalignment, and leading negotiation sessions in a multicultural andmulti-market regional team. You will closely collaborate withstakeholders from Finance, Commercial, Trade Marketing, and SupplyPlanning to enhance collaboration and align demand forecasts withbusiness objectives. Success in this role requires a deepunderstanding of business dynamics and the ability to challengeexisting processes to deliver continuous improvements. Additionalingredients you will bring: - Hands-on leadership: A proactiveattitude to tackle challenges and apply solutions effectively. - Aassertive communication skills: Ability to confidently relate tostakeholders and lead discussions that drive alignment and results.- Strategic mindset: Strong business acumen to understand marketcomplexities and identify opportunities to optimize processes. -Process improvement focus: Ability to identify inefficiencies anddrive initiatives that enhance operational outcomes. Education andcertifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply ChainManagement or related fields. - Certification in demand planning,supply chain or IBP is a plus. Specific requirements: - Over 10years in demand planning roles in multinational organizations,ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. - Provenexperience leading demand planning and IBP processes inmulti-category environments. - Extensive experience managingregional teams across diverse markets. - Experience in demandforecasting, scenario planning, and stakeholder management. -Proven ability to lead negotiation sessions with cross-functionalleaders. - High proficiency in demand planning tools and software.- Experience managing and influencing teams remotely and acrossmultiple markets. - Ability to act as a change agent, challengingexisting norms while fostering alignment and collaboration.
