The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: On-Site Support Analyst SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Location: Medellin Colombia Technical Support, Advisory, Assistance, and First/Second-Level ICT Incident Resolution. Providing technical support, advisory services, assistance, and first-level incident resolution related to ICT, including configuration and diagnostics. Managing hardware changes and configurations, preparing, and delivering computing equipment to users. All activities must be recorded in the inventory control tool to ensure proper asset and warehouse management. General Responsibilities Provide in-person technical support to VIP users for hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with computers, printers, and local networks. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and business applications. Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate support level or department. Document support cases and applied solutions using the ticketing system. Assist in inventory management and tracking of IT assets. Ensure compliance with technical support protocols and best practices. Deliver basic user training on IT tools and equipment. Inventory Management Product Knowledge: Understanding stored products, their characteristics, and storage requirements. Stock Control: Maintaining accurate records of quantities, entry and exit dates, and product locations. Inventory Rotation: Applying best practices to prevent obsolescence and ensure proper stock rotation. Inventory Traceability: Ensuring accurate records, tracking equipment, maintaining auditable documentation, and correctly identifying assets. What we need to see from you The skills below will make you successful at this job, but we DO NOT expect to find all of them in every candidate. Minimum Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years providing basic IT support services for end users, either through a help desk or as on-site technical support. Certifications: ITIL Foundation certification required; additional certifications in operating systems and desktop tools (current in the market) are desirable. Basic Knowledge: Proficiency in Office tools, primarily Excel and email platforms. Familiarity with Windows and iOS operating systems, as well as basic concepts of networking and internet technologies. Technology & Tools Excel / Office: Using spreadsheets to record and analyze inventory data. Creating pivot tables, data cleaning, and processing. Understanding data cross-referencing and error identification. Handling or familiarity with large data loads. Proficiency in Office tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Inventory Management Software: Experience in using or managing inventory control systems. Soft Skills Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle disputes effectively.
