Role Description: An accounting and customer service agent manages accounting processes and provides direct customer service. Duties include recording transactions, preparing financial reports, performing reconciliations, and providing billing support. In addition, he or she answers inquiries, resolves problems and ensures a positive customer experience. This professional combines numerical skills with effective communication and computer systems management, being fundamental to the financial control of the company and strengthening the relationship with clients. Key Responsibilities: Record and verify accounting transactions to ensure accuracy of financial information. Prepare financial reports and periodic bank reconciliations to support decision making. Manage invoicing and control of accounts receivable and payable. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing clear and timely solutions. Maintain up-to-date accounting systems and databases with accurate and reliable information. Required Skills: At least 2 years of experience in billing, accounting/collections. Detail-oriented. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
