Job Description Visa Technical Solutions providesindustry-leading implementation services and operational support toVisa around the world. With our deep knowledge and expertise, weare a key internal partner to Sales, Product and Technology teamsbringing the voice of the client into the design, development andsuccessful deployment of Visa products and solutions. As a part ofthe Client Services organization, this team provides support tofinancial institutions, fintech partners and their corporateclients who utilize a suite of Visa products. Areas of focusinclude IT Infrastructure and project management. This positionserves as Visa Project Manager for endpoint implementation servicesprovided to Clients. This is an individual contributor responsiblefor managing low to mid complexity projects and taking a broadperspective to identify innovation solutions. This role serves togather and document project requirements while providing clientconsultative guidance on Visa regulations, features, andfunctionality. Responsibilities: - Provide Project Managementplanning, execution, closing and support for low-mid complexity ITinfrastructure projects, with assigned Visa clients and/or in anassigned market to ensure client expectations are exceeded. Problems faced are expected to be difficult and mildly complex. -Meet all milestones and deliverables in a timely manner. Complywith Visa Internal Artifacts and ensure customer expectations aremet and exceeded. - Coordinate directly with client to analyze cardprogram setup requirements to implement Visa endpoints, products,and services to support the business and formulate implementationsolutions. - Report client project accomplishments and deliverablesto management on weekly or monthly basis. - Confidently manageclient projects in parallel to product developments and a changinglandscape. - Manage non-routine, complex processing requests, aswell as short term tactical and strategic customer initiatives. -Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement toimprove team efficiencies and project delivery to clients. - Buildand enhance positive working relationships with key Visa clientinstitutions, processors, and internal stakeholders. - Build acohesive global workgroup and involve those global workgroups incommunications and decision-making. - Prepare and maintain detailedproject Artifacts, including project plans, status reports, meetingminutes, issues logs in support of client projects and/orinitiatives. Apply Visa processes and approaches to be in line withclient requirements. - Represent client system and operationalrequirements to internal Visa organizations. Constantly create goodfunctional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders,by being able to speak confidently and having a professionaldemeanor. - Be accountable for delivering agreed objectives. Beresponsible for own workflow assignments and must be able to takethe initiative to resolve problems and ensure delivery oncommitments. - Assume appropriate decision-making authorities toensure flawless execution of project objectives. - Coordinatestechnical resources, planning and monitoring of certificationtesting, and to secure resources required to complete projects. Thedate and time of the go live window may or may not be businesshours and it will depend on the client’s risk mitigation strategy. - Escalate projects that are in jeopardy and work with your directmanager as appropriate to make decisions that bring neededresources to resolve any issues. - This position requires offscheduled work including late evenings / weekends in support ofclient and company configuration changes and associatedpost-production validation. Qualifications Requires a minimum of 2+ years of InformationTechnology system knowledge with moderate understanding of projectmanagement, technology, IT Infrastructure and applications. We arelooking for an individual who brings breadth of experience, acuriosity about payments, is results-driven and client focused. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, orequivalent work experience in a business analyst role in softwareor financial services. Experience using standard MS Office tools(e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.) Excellenttime management, organization, planning skills, and teamwork areessential.
