Overall - Manage all phases of the projectlifecycle, from initiation & proposal through closure; - Ensureprojects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget; -Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation,scheduling, and risk management; - Facilitate communication amongproject stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency; -Implement processes to ensure successful delivery; - Identifycritical delivery issues and address them proactively; -Communicate team issues and concerns to leadership. 2. ClientOwnership - Serve as the primary point of contact for clientsthroughout the project lifecycle; - Build and maintain strongclient relationships; - Conduct regular status meetings and providedetailed updates; - Manage client feedback and address issuespromptly. 3. Financial Management - Develop and manage projectestimates and budgets; - Monitor financials, including expenses andprofitability; - Prepare financial reports and forecasts; - Manageteam member compensation; - Ensure healthy margins. 4. DeliveryManagement - Lead project teams in planning, execution, anddelivery; - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; -Use project management methodologies to ensure success; - Identifyand mitigate risks; - Monitor client satisfaction; - Manageresources and finances; - Handle expectations and escalations; -Implement best practices and process improvements. 5. TeamManagement - Oversee work of project team members; - Fostercollaboration and professional growth; - Conduct performanceevaluations; - Establish efficient processes; - Mentor and coachteam members; - Ensure team happiness and career development; -Coordinate recruiting and promotions. Must Haves - At least 4 yearsof experience in project/delivery management; - Experience as adelivery manager; - Experience managing projects from start to end,including pre-sales activities; - Strong financial knowledge andexperience managing budgets and negotiations; - Experience managingexternal clients; - Proficiency in project management tools; -Excellent English, communication, and leadership skills.
