Job Description The Senior HR Analytics, Compliance, and Technology Lead is responsible for advancing HR analytics, compliance, and systems strategy. Key areas include: HR Analytics: Using HR technology to generate insights, develop reports, and support strategic decisions. HR Compliance: Ensuring adherence to policies, regulations, and building a global compliance framework. HR Technology: Managing HR systems' integrity, usability, and functionality. The ideal candidate is experienced in compliance auditing, HR system solutions, and data analysis, with a detail-oriented approach and ability to align customer needs with scalable solutions. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment and align with our core values. Responsibilities Develop and optimize HR reports and dashboards, leveraging data to identify trends and opportunities. Partner with leadership to define KPIs and implement PowerBI dashboards. Ensure compliance with employment laws and build out global compliance frameworks. Lead audits, data governance, and develop HR SOPs. Support HR system maintenance, updates, and stakeholder collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field. 7+ years in HR operations, HRIS, analytics, and compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and HR systems like BambooHR. Strong knowledge of labor laws, data analysis, and HR technology implementation. High integrity, confidentiality, and project management skills. Physical & Mental Requirements Remote work capability, sitting for long periods, flexible hours, and travel up to 5%.
