The HR Intern will be responsible for supporting and assisting the local HR team in the overall development of wellness, induction, training, HR Internal Communications, Reporting, Event Logistics, among others. Role Scope: Colombia. - Schedule and coordinate Local inductions program for new hires - Design internal communications from HR - Labour report updates analysis and reporting - Support on wellness activities logistics. - H&S; requirements support. - Support administrative procedures for employee benefits - Invoicing Managment and delivery - Responsible for retirement process of employees - Support employee and area files & documentation - Support the area in different KPIS indicators required for Operational risks - Support HR in the different requisitions needed - Ongoing studies on: Industrial engineer, Business Administration, Psychology or related careers with Administrative areas. - English level: Intermediate, 50% (Desired) - Excellent Communication and people skills. - Ability to organize and prioritize work. - Detail Oriented. - Motivated and passionate about Human Resources. - Excellent customer Service skills
