In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and managing global recruitment teams, ensuring alignment with business strategy and talent acquisition priorities. - Play a pivotal role in integrating new recruitment services into the organization, minimizing disruption and delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences. - Lead planning and coordination of recruitment activities, optimizing resource allocation and service delivery models. - Manage a diverse team of experienced and junior recruiters, ensuring efficient workload management. - Provide strategic guidance on talent needs, advising on hiring strategies and approaches. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to inform recruiting decisions, best practices, and future hiring plans. Key Responsibilities 1. Implement industry-leading hiring practices, ensuring compliance with established recruitment standards and processes. 2. Develop in-house capabilities to source, assess, and hire top talent, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. 3. Oversight of candidate communication, ensuring seamless interactions between hiring managers/recruiters and candidates. 4. Reporting and analysis of key performance metrics (SLAs) for recruitment services. 5. Cultivate a customer-centric approach, prioritizing candidate and hiring manager needs. 6. Partner with the Talent Tech team to drive technology innovation, improving recruitment efficiency and embracing emerging trends. About You You will be an accomplished recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global teams, operating within complex business environments. Your passion for delivering exceptional experiences and commitment to continuous improvement will drive your success in this role. - Proven success in recruiting top talent, with a strong understanding of global recruitment landscapes. - Effective leadership skills, with experience in driving standardization across multiple locations. - Experience working with global Centres of Excellence, with expertise in end-to-end hiring. Requirements - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems.
