We’re a fast-growing start-up in the online casino and sports betting space, and we’ve just opened a brand-new office in Pueblo Nuevo to support our ambitious global expansion plans. We’re now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team and take full ownership of our affiliate strategy. You’ll be instrumental in building and nurturing strong affiliate partnerships, particularly across LATAM markets, helping to drive customer acquisition and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Affiliate Programme Management: Set up, manage, and optimise our affiliate programme from the ground up across multiple verticals, including casino, sportsbook, and crypto gaming. Partner Recruitment & Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners, with a particular focus on Latin American markets. Develop strong, productive relationships to maximise growth opportunities. Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Track and analyse affiliate performance, ensuring campaigns are optimised for acquisition and ROI. Present regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the wider marketing team to align campaigns, promotions, and messaging. Help develop tailored affiliate assets and creatives to support growth. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure affiliate activities adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal brand standards, mitigating risk to the business. Industry Insights: Stay up to date with iGaming trends, competitor activity, and affiliate marketing innovations, particularly within LATAM and emerging markets. Requirements 3+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming sector (casino, sports betting, or crypto). Demonstrable success managing affiliate acquisition strategies in LATAM markets. Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking systems (e.g. MyAffiliates, Income Access, NetRefer). Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Analytical and data-driven, with strong reporting abilities. Confident working in a start-up environment, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with change. Fluent Spanish is required; English and Portuguese would be a strong advantage. Why Join Us?
