Job Title: Business Development Manager- LATAM Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the forex & trading industry, a proven track record of establishing and growing business setups and have a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and compliance framework of the region. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to grow the company's presence in the country. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends and developments. • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and other industry players. • Identify and evaluate potential partners, clients, and investors to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams. • Collaborate with the global team to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and strategies. • Monitor and analyse business performance metrics, including sales, revenue, and profitability, and develop and execute plans to address any areas of concern. • Build and lead a high-performance team, including recruiting, training, and motivating staff members to achieve business targets. • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies and procedures. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred. • At least 5 years of experience in the forex & trading industry, with a proven track record of establishing and growing business setups. • Excellent knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. • Ability to analyse business performance metrics and develop and execute effective strategies to address areas of concern. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve business targets. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability. • Ability to travel • Fluency in both written and spoken English and the local language is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
