The ideal candidate will have experience in e-retailers, specifically Amazon and Walmart, and possess knowledge of PIM/DAM systems. They should be able to analyze performance data, develop eCommerce strategies, and make recommendations for changes based on data-driven insights. - Key Responsibilities: - Managing and optimizing online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers' website, category recommendations - Participation and overseeing content production - translations, proofreading, checking if the content is correct and in line with the requirements of the particular eRetailer (both graphics and text) as well as properly optimised (SEO recommendations) - Ongoing research of e-Retailers functionalities, widgets, and features - Editing / creatingProduct Detail Pages - Being up to date with eCommerce trends - Analyzing performance data, doing research, audits, competition analysis, developing eCommerce strategies, and making recommendations for changes based on data-driven insights - Day-to-day contact with the client and eRetailers - Conducting client statuses and meetings - Seasonal content/deals monitoring - Uploading and correcting the content - Full knowledge of each brands' guidelines and legal requirements - Assets renaming, upload, download, segregation - Files management, database adjustments, and data migration, PIM maintenance - Independently keeping track and ensuring timely delivery of projects Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in eCommerce, specifically in e-retailers, including Amazon and Walmart - Experience with PIM/DAM systems, including asset organization, maintenance, and syndication - Proven track record in optimizing product listings and driving visibility through SEO strategies - Perfect knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Brand Stores - Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices - Experience optimizing visual and written content for e-retailers - eCommerce experience in FMCG - Good analytical and project management skills - Team player with excellent communication skills - Knowledge of SEO practices for eRetailers - Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset - Attention to Detail - Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas - Knowledge of Photoshop and Canva - Advanced English Level - at least C1 What We Offer: - Cooperation based on a B2B contract or individual contract through a professional platform - 26 paid days off from service provision plus Bank holidays as paid days off - Opportunity to work with international brands and to participate in exciting global projects - Exciting and friendly work environment - Work in an international team without rigid corporate rules - Training in eCommerce and development opportunities - Performance bonus - Shorter working day on Fridays Recruitment Process: - Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) - at this stage, we will select the CVs which will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidates - Step 2 Meeting with HR (online) - Step 3 Recruitment interview with a Region Director (online) - Step 4 Preparing and presenting recruitment task (online)
