Selina was born out of a desire to celebrate the nomadic lifestyle: to experience our planet’s most beautiful places, to build community, to engage with locals and fellow travelers, to work and enjoy new adventures. **What you will be doing** - Drive and direct recruiting efforts and processes - Implement strategic hiring procedures/processes. - Oversee, train, and manage the Recruiting Team. - Work with the team to discover new and effective interviewing techniques and tools. - Drive special projects related to recruiting and sourcing. - Onboard new Recruiters to the team. - Work with HR to confirm hiring needs and requirements **What you need for the role** - 5+ years of experience in Recruiting - Human Resources background - Previous experience in a leadership position in Recruiting - Previous experience recruiting at a regional or global level - Bilingual (Fluent English and Spanish) - Experience in the hospitality/tourism or any other sector of high rotation of staff preferred - Experience in a company with more than 200 vacancies p/month - Experience in Headhunting - Experience in Retention of staff - Soft skills required: - People person - Creative - Empathetic - Strong leadership skills - Entrepreneurial spirit
