Job Summary As a Technical Sourcing Lead, you will play acritical role in building a world-class engineering and technologyworkforce by identifying and engaging top talent. You will developand execute sourcing strategies, leverage cutting-edge recruitmenttools, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet business hiringneeds in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidatehas a deep understanding of technical recruiting, talent markettrends, and sourcing best practices to attract top-tier candidates. Responsibilities - Develop and execute sourcing strategies toidentify and engage top technical talent across various platforms. - Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understandhiring needs and build strong talent pipelines. - Leverage data,market insights, and recruitment analytics to inform sourcingstrategies and decision-making. - Utilize advanced sourcingtechniques, including Boolean searches, talent mapping, andcompetitive research. - Drive a high-touch candidate experience byengaging and nurturing passive candidates throughout the hiringprocess. - Build relationships with talent communities,universities, and professional networks to expand sourcingchannels. - Manage and optimize sourcing tools, applicant trackingsystems, and CRM platforms. Track and analyze sourcing metrics toimprove efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor and coach juniorsourcers to elevate team performance. Ensure sourcing and hiringpractices comply with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goalsand hiring best practices. Qualifications and Job Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field(or equivalent work experience). - 6+ years of experience intechnical sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a high-growth,fast-paced organization. - At least +2 years in a leadershipposition within a Sourcing Deparment/Team. Experience building Sourcing teams from scratch is highly preferred. - Proven trackrecord of successfully sourcing and engaging top engineering andtechnology talent. - Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedInRecruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other talent platforms. -Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industryhiring trends. - Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Eightfold). - Ability tomanage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-moving environment. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. - Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills. Passion for data-drivendecision-making and continuous improvement.
