Benefits administration and management, including insurances, retirement plans, flexible benefits, wellness programmes and other country-specific benefits Data and vendor management - working closely with benefits vendors and partners and maintaining accurate data records for compliance and reporting Process management and improvement Sales and customer support - lead on prospect sales calls and respond to benefits related queries with subject matter expert benefits knowledge Assist as appropriate with design and implementation of new benefits programs, including setting up delivery and support processes Writing knowledge based articles, solutions and FAQs for publication to customers and company knowledge base Support with other ad hoc tasks as required You're the kind of person who... Is proficient in English with great communication and interpersonal skills Is confident and not afraid to be client facing Has an understanding of international benefits programs and regulatory requirements in at least one country (health, wellness, retirement and/or other employee benefits) Has at least 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or HR within a global environment, ideally within an Employer of Record or similar organisation Has a natural curiosity and is excited about learning about benefits in multiple countries Is able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Has a keen eye for detail, ensuring that documentation is accurate, thorough, and easy to understand. Has a proactive approach to problem-solving, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment. What would make you really stand out?
