Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering 24/7 support for network operations center activities. You will provide on-call support 24/7, ready to respond to critical incidents at any time. Your primary goal is to troubleshoot and resolve high-priority global incidents, conducting root cause analysis (RCA). You will assist in monitoring LAN/WAN performance to ensure integrity and availability, submitting Change Management Requests (CRQs) to support carrier maintenance requests. This position requires a solid understanding of change management, problem analysis, and incident resolution processes. Main Responsibilities: - Deliver 24/7 support for network operations center activities. - Provide on-call support 24/7, ready to respond to critical incidents at any time. - Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority global incidents, conducting root cause analysis (RCA). - Assist in monitoring LAN/WAN performance to ensure integrity and availability. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in network monitoring. - Bachelor's Degree (preferable). - Proficiency in SolarWinds Orion and BMC Remedy (Incident, Problem, and Change Management). - CCNA certification (preferred). - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
