The role of a Resource Manager is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of talent within our organization. Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our offshore resourcing function. In this role, you will be responsible for matching talent with opportunity, optimizing team workflows, and driving reporting initiatives that support informed staffing decisions. This position requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses exceptional Excel skills, and can think critically to improve existing systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Day-to-Day Operations: - Support the weekly rhythm of staffing operations: intake of resource requests from onshore producers, allocation review meetings, resourcing updates, feedback loops, downtime tracking, and reporting. - Create and maintain open roles in our Talent Tracker system and JIRA; draft and manage Inter-Company Agreements (ICAs) as needed. - Lead ad hoc reporting initiatives related to billability, time reporting, training opportunities, and company-wide talent metrics.
