Job Title: Billing Manager Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Invoicing Specialists to ensure timely and accurate billing. - Develop and implement effective billing strategies to optimize revenue growth. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and prevent disputes. - Manage department policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. - Conduct performance appraisals, goal planning, and training for direct reports. - Track payroll, key performance indicators, and department goals for accurate revenue. - Communicate and support department policy and procedure. - Assist team members in identifying root causes of complex problems and develop action plans. - Work with field partners and external customers to resolve billing issues. - Participate in hiring, selecting, and developing a talented workforce. - Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Requirements: Typically Required: - Minimum 1 year of Supervisory experience in Customer Invoicing Dispute Resolution for cash collections. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Invoice Reconciliation Management. - Minimum 3+ years of specialist or boutique billing experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. - Previous experience in customer service/account resolution environment. - Experience in Microsoft Great Plains. - Experience in High Radius Cash Application and Deduction Software. - Experience with E-recruit and Bullhorn.
