Descripción Recruitment and Selection: Implementation of recruitment strategies, execution of selection and hiring processes, continuous profile sourcing and updates, and onboarding of new employees. Personnel Administration: Reporting of payroll updates, processing of non-statutory benefits, supervision of social security reporting, and resolution of issues related to personnel management. Labor Compliance: Preparation and updating of legal documentation, management of employee and former employee records, and identification and correction of potential legal non-compliance. Other Tasks: Selection and negotiation of HR vendors, visa processing and hiring of expatriates ensuring compliance with immigration requirements, evaluation of probationary periods, follow-up on employee performance evaluations, and compliance with SENA quota requirements. Perfil buscado (h/m) Degree in Psychology or Business Administration Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources 2+ English level (conversational or higher) - this requirement is mandatory - for a leading technology company.
