Our team of professionals is ideally placed to successfully support corporate transactions. EY SaT is growing and is looking for a Manager IT Due Diligence. The Transaction Diligence team aims to assist clients, both private equity firms and corporate clients, throughout the whole transaction process. Whilst traditional IT due diligence is a key element of the service, transaction support is much broader, incorporating assistance with business plan assessment, including support to the transaction management, negotiation and documentation, and post-completion integration. **Your key responsibilities** Your tasks and responsibilities will include: - Work on client engagement teams supporting Operational Transaction Services (integrations, separations, due diligences, new business units) which support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions. - Lead the execution of IT-due diligences, assessing current state and identifying potential risks, areas of improvement, and other IT-related operational issues. - Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution support, including resource and time management, problem-solving, facilitation and communication among stakeholders. - Be responsible for creating work products that document the engagement/project procedures performed against objectives. - Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. - Participate on other EY´s teams, with diverse skills and backgrounds, contributing to client´s objective realization while staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. - Supervise, coach, and mentor team members at the staff level. **Skills and attributes for success** - Highly numerate with strong attention to detail - Logical and methodical approach **To qualify for the role, you must have** A bachelor's degree in IT / Systems-engineering, computer science or related field and at least 3 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and at least 2 years of related work experience. - Experience in IT projects related to business transformation. A plus if this project experience is connected to Transactions (M&A;: mergers and acquisitions, carve-out, spin-off, divestitures). - IT skillset - IT strategy - Enterprise architecture - IT security - ERP implementation - IT infrastructure management - IT synergy identification - Data separation and transition - IT shared services - IT organization transformation - IT service management and TSA development - IT finance management - IT outsourcing / off-shoring - IT contract management - Non-negotiable: English proficiency at business level (listening, writing and speaking - min.
