MuleSoft, a Salesforce Company, is looking for a motivated Solutions Engineer to join and help us build an extremely talented Pre-Sales Solution Engineering team in Colombia. As a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers by demonstrating how our Anypoint Platform can integrate their digital investments into an application network, enabling faster change and innovation. The MuleSoft Sales team will rely on your technical and product expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will be an integral part of customer and Account Executive success by performing technical discovery, making architectural recommendations, delivering product demonstrations and PoCs, and troubleshooting technical configuration issues. As a passionate technologist and customer advocate, you will connect technical solutions to business value for the customer. Core skills required include: Pre-Sales enterprise software experience, with the ability to establish trust and influence decision makers. Hands-on experience with middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, etc. Preferred experience with Java development, coding, and debugging against Java APIs. Experience with cloud technologies such as iPaaS, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure. Proven ability to build and deliver PoCs and respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs. Ability to lead architectural discussions. A passion for technology and translating it into business impact. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Flexibility to travel and work flexible hours. What you'll achieve: 3 months: Learn MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and get certified. Complete MuleSoft’s Kickstart sales training. Develop architecture reframe and whiteboarding skills through shadowing and role-playing. Create a Self Service Asset on a MuleSoft technical topic. 12 months: Become certified in all Product, Architecture, and Sales Messaging trainings. Execute Architectural Workshops, PoCs, and demos with partners. Enable partners on technical and architectural elements. Mentor and assist partners in pre-sales engagements. Guide stakeholders through MuleSoft Point of View. Create and deliver impactful technical and architectural presentations. Respond to RFIs/RFPs.
