From enabling leagues to take control of their official data, to creating immersive fan experiences for sports, betting and media organisations, we are driven to the deliver the difference for our partners. **What **W**e **D**o** - **Sportstech** Data capture, management and analysis tools that help leagues run their sport, unlock new revenue streams, and protect the integrity of their competitions. - **Video** Fully automated streaming technology, production and distribution services that help showcase sports to the world. - **Sportsbook** Everything a sportsbook operator needs to manage their operation and grow profits - all powered by the finest live sports data available. - **Media & Engagement** We help brands and publishers engage and monetise sports fans with personalised campaigns and content they will love. **The role** - Assist the Facilities Manager in the design and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG‐SST) for the workplace and all employees, contractors and service providers (500+). Audit, test and report on the System. **Main Responsibilities** - Manage onboarding all new starters to the SG‐SST and perform relevant inductions, both employees, service providers and Ensure that all new starters are familiar with H&S; policies and ensure these are signed off by employees. - Assist with the design, Implementation and monitoring of the epidemiologicalsurveillance programs (P.V.E). - Implement the Epidemiological Surveillance programs (P.V.E.) of the OH&S; management System (Ergonomic and Psychosocial). - Ensure compliance with the norms and procedures regarding integral security, established by the organization, the Laws, Regulations and Statutes related to the area of industrial safety, environmental protection and occupational hygiene. - Assist the FM In the investigation and reporting (following organisational and legal procedures) of work related accidents and incidents. - Assist the Facilities Manager with the development of a Health Risk assessment and Implement controls around the company. - Develop and keep updated a matrix of hazard identification, and assessment ooccupational hazards. Share key risks with stakeholders and committees where necessary. - Managing and assess all committees (e.g. COPASST). Advise these committees (and relevant stakeholders) on issues of Occupational Health and Safety. - Attend and respond to the different internal and external requests regarding occupational hazards. - Design and implement the emergency preparedness and response plan. - Review of occupational medical examinations for admission, periodical, and discharged. - Execution of all required training programmes and development of required material. - Structure and execute the Occupational Health and Safety inspections (planned/unplanned). - Keeping abreast of legal requirements and industry best practice and updating the system and processes as necessary. Update committees and key personnel on any changes that affect us. - Complete required administration - g. the archive of Occupational Health medical records (registration of accidents, occupational diseases etc.), labour absenteeism statistics etc. - Assist with sick leave follow up while developing promotion and prevention strategies towards the reduction of sick leaves due to general diseases **Required Skills**: - **Experience **- Professional or technologist in OSH, have a valid Occupational Health and Safety license and fifty (50) hours' virtual training course experience, over three (3) years of experience as Health and safety Analyst/Assistant In a Shared Services Center or BPO´S - **Calm under pressure **‐ You remain cool as a cucumber no matter how many deliverables you are juggling at any one time. - **Clear and natural communicator **‐ You bring people on a journey with you, you can sell the vision and have the confidence of your convictions to pitch ideas. - **Willing to go the extra mile **‐ You will genuinely strive to make Genius Sports a safe workplace and curate a situation where everybody cares for their colleagues' health and wellness - **Efficient and well organised **‐ You need to have exceptional attention to detail and ability to keep on top of sometimes overwhelming amount of tasks from internal and external stakeholders. - **Approachable **‐ you will be championing a positive and proactive culture across the t
