The Role The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for partnering with the Customer Experience team to play an active role in the entire candidate lifecycle, from requisition management to onboarding. This role involves leveraging customer data to proactively source and attract candidates using compelling outreaches, who will later become part of the individual's network. Additionally, the Recruiting Specialist will utilize data to understand metrics and support stakeholders with valuable insights. How You Make an Impact In the role as a Recruiting Specialist, you will proactively source and attract candidates using compelling outreaches, leveraging customer data to identify top talent. Responsibilities: Can manage assigned requisitions and the entire recruiting process, ensuring customer requirements are integrated throughout. Partner with the customer experience team to define talent requirements and develop sourcing strategies. Support the development of sourcing plans and tactics with recruiters, researchers, and customer teams. Build and maintain networks by proactively sourcing active and passive candidates. Serve as a brand ambassador by creating and deploying recruitment messaging that promotes employment brands. Conduct structured interviews and document candidate screenings. Use data to analyze, track, and support metrics for all stakeholders. Discuss search progress, tactics, market talent supply, and candidate fit with hiring managers in kickoff and calibration meetings. Create search overview reports for clients, including market intelligence and activity summaries. Compile weekly lifecycle metrics and achievements against goals. Participate in cross-functional projects as needed. Experience and knowledge requirements for the role: Passionate about enabling businesses through human capital. 1 - 3 years of recruiting & human resources experience. Experience in sourcing and candidate assessment would be ideal. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. Driven by collaboration, learning, doing the right thing and quality human interaction. Pride in delivering quality work, every time. Fluent in English. Spanish preferred. Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
