Client Ownership Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle; Build and maintain strong client relationships; Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed updates; Manage client feedback and address issues promptly. Financial Management Develop and manage project estimates and budgets; Monitor financials, including expenses and profitability; Prepare financial reports and forecasts; Manage team member compensation; Ensure healthy margins. Delivery Management Lead project teams in planning, execution, and delivery; Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; Use project management methodologies to ensure success; Identify and mitigate risks; Monitor client satisfaction; Manage resources and finances; Handle expectations and escalations; Implement best practices and process improvements. Team Management Oversee work of project team members; Foster collaboration and professional growth; Conduct performance evaluations; Establish efficient processes; Mentor and coach team members; Ensure team happiness and career development; Coordinate recruiting and promotions. Must Haves At least 4 years of experience in project/delivery management; Experience as a delivery manager ; Experience managing projects from start to end, including pre-sales activities; Strong financial knowledge and experience managing budgets and negotiations; Experience managing external clients; Proficiency in project management tools; Excellent English, communication, and leadership skills. Nice to Haves Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field; Experience working cross-functionally with developers, project managers, and account managers; Proven ability to prepare proposals and manage pre-sales; Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills; Strong team orientation and stakeholder influence; Excellent client management skills.
