Your work will have a direct impact on billions of people around the world - helping unlock financial access to enable the future of money movement. **Join Visa: A Network Working for Everyone.** **Job Description**: - Responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to Visa’s Andean Region as a member of a Team focused on optimizing P&L; for the region - Develop quantitative analysis related to profitability and other financial and strategic metrics to understand performance and areas of opportunity for Visa in the Andean Region - Responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting Payments Volume, Gross Revenue, Contra-Revenue, and Net Revenue. - Proactively establish and maintain relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders - Prepare comprehensive contra-revenue variance analysis on monthly, quarterly and annual basis, explaining the key drivers and storylines affecting outcomes. - Able to synthesize trends and identify opportunities that improve core business and enable senior management to meet or exceed key financial targets. - Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues within the Andean region and relate understanding to drivers of Net Revenue. - ** Essential Functions**: - Must demonstrate well developed strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. - “Doer” profile. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs. **Qualifications**: - Preferred Qualifications - 6 years of work experience, leadership role a plus - Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, mathematics, economics or related quantitative field, MBA a plus - Strong business acumen, multi-functional business experience a plus - Outstanding modeling, analytical and quantitative skills, able to identify and model challenging business problems with well-structured analyses and quantifiable financial impact - Experience in Data Visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau - Sound foundation in Finance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences - Fluency in English and Spanish required - Ability to engage across cultures, language and time zones across various mediums and travel as needed Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
