We are looking for a systems thinker who enjoys refining, data analytics and designing sales and marketing processes. This combined role provides exposure to three teams, marketing, sales, customer success operations and allows a cohesive, united approach for our GTM strategy. - This role requires a data and code-driven individual who will love the challenge of Data Analytics, Data Integration/ETL, Data Automation and designing strategic processes to ease the collaboration between the departments. **Responsibilities**: - Overseeing the sales funnel and streamlining and optimizing the sales process. Proposing and implementing solutions for improvement. - Defining areas of improvement, coding and automating the processes in Hubspot. - Creating and carrying out KPI’s to track rates through each stage of the funnel and analyze pertinent data to make sound recommendations for how to improve with automation the funnel’s performance. - Analyze sales, marketing and customer success funnel for trends, activities, and recommend areas for improvement, savings potential and avoiding risks. Tracking and reporting on sales rep activities and impact to the sales opportunity funnel. - Managing sales and marketing tech stack including maintaining CRM data for cleanliness and completeness through integration and automation of the processes. - Assessing current marketing and sales tech stack to determine gaps, areas for improvement and opportunities for growth and staying up to date with the latest and greatest sales and marketing automation tools to help us out-perform our competitors. - Ensures that new business opportunities and renewals are documented correctly including administration of sales and marketing platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Hubspot, ZoomInfo etc to ensure the leads run smoothly through the sales funnel. - Coordinating with Sales Enablement on sales rep onboarding in relation to sales processes and tools; training all reps on any new processes and tools. - Available as the day-to-day point person for Sales Directors with regards to technical issues with sales tools to assure the effective use of sales automation tools and marketing leads to keep the leadership updated with the latest insights. - Preparing reports for cross departmental and leadership usage. **Requirements**: - Bs/Ms in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. - Data Analytics and reporting expertise. - An understanding of lead source attribution, customer journey. - 1-3 years of Hubspot experience, including integrating with other systems of choice and customization. - Track record of streamlining sales and marketing processes. - A/B and BI testing experience.
