Job Description We are seeking a skilled Etch Equipment Specialist to maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment at an international site. Key responsibilities include: - Maintaining in-depth knowledge of corrective & preventive maintenance of 200/300mm Axcelis Integra, RPS 320, GES, GEL, Fusion Gemini Photo stabilizer, and RPS210. - Performing robot teaching and adjustments for the above-mentioned tools. - Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of the specified tools. - Troubleshooting complex issues, conducting root cause analysis using methods like Fish bone/8D and 4D methodology, and resolving tool issues. - Executing all tasks safely while maintaining good housekeeping standards. - Understanding and servicing Vacuum components including Dry/Turbo/Cryo pumps, Helium leak check, and function of gauges. - In-depth understanding of chillers and heat-exchangers. - Hands-on experience in RF troubleshooting and calibration. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will require: - 5 years of experience in global semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance. - Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field with relevant experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and/or in a team environment. - Willingness to travel internationally. - International Fab experience is required.
