What’s the opportunity? We are looking for aCustomer Success Manager who will be responsible for developinglong-term relationships with our customers. What will I be doing? -Working with both our internal teams as well as clients. -Providing “voice of customer feedback” to internal dLocal teams. -Developing effective long-term key customer relationships. -Collaborating with customers to understand their goals andambitions. - Prioritizing discovery of customer strategic needs,initiatives, and deployment opportunities to develop and alignproject plans with milestones and goals. - Developing CustomerSuccess methodologies and owning team initiatives that improveproductivity. - Interacting and working with different areas of thecompany. What skills do I need? - Excellent communication skills,active listening, self-motivation, problem-solving, andmultitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. - Fluent inwritten and verbal English. - Customer Success experience (B2Bpreferred). - Advanced Excel skills. - Experience in payments is ahuge advantage. - Background in Project Management or CustomerSuccess Management with a proven track record. - Ability to travel.- Team spirit and proactive behavior.
